Passed away peacefully 10th June 2018, surrounded by his loving family after a short illness, fought with great courage and dignity (Late of 30 Balmoral Avenue) R.I.P.

Loving husband of Frances and devoted father to Cathy and Hugh, cherished Papa to Brian, Luke, Christopher, Hugh, Matthew and Chloe. Much loved father-in-law of Brian and Julie, and dear brother of Anne O'Kane, Eleanor Murnaghan and Sheila Coulter.

Hugh will leave his family home on Wednesday at 11.15am to arrive at St Brigid's Church, Derryvolgie Avenue for 12noon Requiem Mass. Funeral afterwards to Our Lady's Cemetery, Hannahstown.

Deeply missed by his loving wife, children and grandchildren, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, sisters, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and family circle.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

Passed away June 10, 2018.
The staff at O’Kanes Funeral Directors are deeply saddened by the untimely death of our beloved boss and friend, Daddy Hugh.
A true gentleman, Daddy Hugh treated us all as if we were his family, he made us feel valued and was always in the background to give support and share his wisdom and wealth of experience.
Hugh’s illness was short, we never got to say goodbye and we shall all sorely miss him. We send our love and condolences to Frances, Cathy, Hugh and their families.
