The death has occurred of:
Jack SMITH
SMITH passed away June 17, 2017, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, Jack, husband of the late Maureen, Toome Road, Ballymena, dear father of Sheila and Jacqueline, father-in-law of Brian and loving grandfather of Julie, Lauren and Charlie.
Service of thanksgiving for the life of Jack will be held in Wellington Presbyterian Church on Thursday at 1pm followed by interment in Ballymena Cemetery.
House Strictly Private.
