10th December 2017, peacefully at home, 22 Isle Road, Coleraine, dearly loved husband of Isobel, loving father of Simon, Emma, Matthew and Sarah, father-in-law of Nicola, Nigel and Rory, a much loved grandfather of Jack, Joseph, Benjamin, Lucy, Daniel and Emily and dear brother of Avril and the late Rosemary.

Funeral Service in St Patricks Parish Church, Coleraine on Friday at 1.00pm followed by interment in Portstewart Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations if wished by making cheques payable to Clic Sargent c/o Ms Charlene Wade, 3 Upper Abbey Street, Coleraine, BT52 1BF.

Sadly missed by all his family.

It was with shock & great sadness that I learned of the death of our ex school mate & dear friend "Another John" as this was often his signature on his frequent emails!
I have known John since school days but only caught up with him again these past two years after he retired from a very successful & dedicated teaching career.
He was an absolute Gentleman, a pleasure to have known & I wish to offer my sincere condolences to Isobel his lovely wife and family - Just gone too soon!
