November 24, 2016, (suddenly), late of Johnston Way, Lisburn, dearly-beloved husband of Cecile and much-loved father of June, David and the late Paul, father-in-law of Paul, loved Granda to Corey, Chloe, Paul, Steven and Cody, great-granda to Jersey, loved brother of Jean, Billy, Neil, David and Pauline.

Funeral Service in Trinity Methodist Church, Ballymacoss Avenue, Lisburn on Monday 28th November, 2016 at 2.00 p.m. Interment afterwards in Lisburn New Cemetery Blaris Extension.

His remains are resting in his daughter June's home, 235 Shore Crescent, Belfast.

No flowers please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Chest, Heart and Stroke Association, c/o Bobby Morrison Funeral Directors, 38 Hillsborough Road, Lisburn BT28 1AQ.

Will be lovingly remembered by all the family.

I will enter His gates with praise and thanksgiving.

It is with deepest sympathy and a sad heart that we lost an amazing friend and Brother in the Lord. Some people come into our lives, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never the same.
2 Corinthians 5
6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
