Marie (May) FORBES (née Surgenor)

FORBES (nee Surgenor) Marie (May), June 26, 2018, passed away peacefully at N.I. Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.
Beloved wife of the late Joseph and loving mother of Maire, Colleen, Michael, Peter, Stephen and the late Joseph.

May's remains will leave her late home, 3 Millbank Park, Belfast on Friday at 9.15am to arrive at St Vincent de Paul Church for Requiem Mass at 10.00am, interment afterwards in City Cemetery.

May's wishes for her funeral were: No flowers or insertions, donations in lieu to N.I. Hospice, c/o O'Kanes Funeral Directors, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2GX, or www.okanesfunerals.co.uk/funeral-notices for online donations.

May wanted her life to be celebrated, therefore no black to be worn, fill her funeral with colour e.g. football, rugby or GAA tops.

May will always be loved and adored by her loving daughters, sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters.

'This little light of mine, I'm gonna make it shine'.

A special thank you to her daughter-in-law June and all her colleagues at the Northern Ireland Hospice for looking after her so well. Thank you xx
