Peacefully at hospital, Yvonne, 65 Killyliss Road, Dungannon, loving wife of Raymond and devoted mother of Jason, Ryan and Mark.
Funeral on Friday 17th November 2017 from her residence at 1.15 p.m., to Derrygortreavy Parish Church for service at 2.00 p.m., followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired are to the Mandeville Unit, Craigavon Area Hospital and Friends of the Cancer Centre, Belfast City Hospital, payable to F. Martin & Sons, Funeral Directors, 185 Ballygawley Road, Dungannon BT70 1RY
