The family of the late Ann Jean Conway wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported us during Jean's illness and following her passing.

We deeply appreciate the kindness shown by our family circle, friends, and neighbours. To everyone who called prior to her passing, the wake, attended the funeral, sent mass cards and sent messages your words and support brought us great comfort during this difficult time.

A special thanks to those who brought food, our local super markets Costcutters, Forbes and Tallon's, Moortown GAC for assisting with parking, and everyone helped in any way at the family home. Your generosity and thoughtfulness will never be forgotten.
An extended heartfelt appreciation to Fr. Tremer for his comforting visits to Jean during her illness, for his guidance and support following the death of Jean and for the beautiful and fitting celebration of her Requiem Mass. Thank you also to the Sacristans and the Eucharistic Ministers.
To Margaret Ann and Patrick for proving beautiful music during Jeans service.

A sincere thank you to Conan and Pat of Lavery’s Funeral Directors for their professionalism and compassionate handling of Jeans funeral arrangements; your support was invaluable to us. We extend our thanks to Gerard and Jeans son's including her grandson's for preparing her final resting place.

A special word of thanks to Camillius and the staff of Kinturk Cultural Centre for providing the refreshments after the funeral.
We are deeply grateful to the doctors, nurses, and staff of Coagh Surgery; John and the team at Coagh Pharmacy. Jeans private carers, Ann's home care, Dalriada and Marie curie.

The outpouring of support and kindness we have received has been truly overwhelming.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Mass arrangements:
Jeans Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday, 24th March 2025, at 7.30pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, and will also be available to view via the church webcam.
