Barney Jnr McGaughey
Mc Gaughey Barney, Fintona, Co Tyrone, formerly of 74 Ashfield Gardens, Fintona BT78 2DD died peacefully at his late residence on the 18th February 2025. Beloved son of the late Barney and Sally. Treasured father of Amelia. Cherished brother of Allison Slaine (Paul), Terence and the late Andy and David. Loving and devoted uncle to his nephews and nieces.
Barney will be reposing in Grianan House Funeral Home, 4 Carnalea Road, Fintona, BT78 2BY from 2pm until 9pm on Friday 21st February 2025.
Barney will leave Grianan House Funeral Home at 10.30am on Saturday 22nd February for 11am requiem Mass in St. Lawrence’s Church, Fintona followed by his burial afterwards in Fintona Cemetery, Tattymoyle Road.
For those who wish to show a presence on the funeral route, Barney will travel from the Carnalea Road, along Church Street, Main Street, Tattymoyle Road and the Lisdergan Road to arrive at St Lawrence’s Church at 10.50am.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughter, sister, brother, nephews, nieces and entire family circle and friends.
