The death has occurred of:
Carol BOOTH
Trudy, Son in Law Aidan, Grandchildren Caitlin, Jessica, Jack, twin Betty, and her brothers, sisters and wider family circle wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who supported and helped us in so many ways throughout the tough days up until mum’s passing and throughout the sad days following her death. Thank you to all who came to the hospital, called at the house, came to the wake, sent cards, messages and phone calls, they were all appreciated.
Thank you to the staff at Millcroft Residential Home and Millcroft Nursing Home for looking after mum in the last year and a half. She really enjoyed her time there and the care that was given was second to none. Thank you to all the carers who came into mum at her own home prior to her move to the Nursing Home. I would like to acknowledge the staff of Ward 8 in the South West Acute Hospital for the high quality of medical care and compassion shown while we were there.
Thank you to so many people who attended the wake, brought food, cards and messages of sympathy as well as those who attended the Church of Ireland in Kilskeery for mum’s funeral service and then for burial in Magheracross Graveyard afterwards. A thank you to Louise Leonard and Avril Carty for the beautiful music and to Canon John Woods who came to the hospital to see mum and to pray with mum in her final days and for doing the funeral service. Thank you to Brian Daly for streaming the service live as I know so many people afterwards reached out to me to say they were with us at the funeral.
Funeral Services were provided by Peter and Bernard Carty, assisted by Martin and a thank you to the grave diggers, to whom we are greatly indebted. Both Peter and Bernard ensured that mum was laid to rest in a dignified, befitting manner and the arrangements were handled professionally and sensitively throughout. A special thank you to you all.
Thank you to the Woman’s Union of Magheracross Parish Church who provided the food so promptly and tastefully and for the use of The Archdale Hall in Ballinamallard. Again, thank you to you all.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude at this sad time.
I personally would like to thank everyone who has supported me at this extremely difficult time and please remember that I will never forget it.
