Charlie’s daughters Siobhan, Denise, Charlene, sons in law, grandchildren and extended family circle would like to offer their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who have sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement.

We would like to thank all our family, friends and neighbours who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards and sympathy cards, brought food gifts and helped in the family home.

To Charlie Lynch funeral directors and Martin his assistant for taking care of Dad and for conducting his funeral in a professional and respectful manner. To the grave diggers for preparing Dad’s final resting place beside his beloved wife and our dear mum Teresa.

Thanks also to Father Thomas Canning who visited Dad at home and for conducting such a beautiful requiem mass. Also to the choir and Geraldine who sang so beautifully. To John Donnelly and his team who served refreshments in the hall following the burial.

We would also like to thank all those who cared for Dad. In particular Helen McGrath district nurse, Western Trust carers, Bridget, Monica, Sabrina and Roisin. We are truly grateful for the love, care and support that you gave Dad and us, we will be forever in your debt.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation.

Dad’s month mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday 4th January at 6:30pm in St Patrick’s Church, Langfield, Drumquin.
