Jim Rush, my friend, a gentleman and a thoroughly decent human being, always helpful, always kind and tolerant. The day I met him my life changed forever. I came to have a ride in his sidecar and found a kindred spirit, a best friend. He welcomed me into his family, excellent people, I loved being part of them. Some of the happiest years of my life followed. Jim was my friend, my mentor, my role model and my hero. I simply love him. The world will be a lesser place without him. My heart goes out to Marion, James and Jeffrey and all of you who love him too. We will all remember him. We cannot bring the old times back, when we were all together, but loving thoughts we have of you will remain with us forever. You were always someone special, someone kind and true, you will never be forgotten, for we thought the world of you.
