Cavehill Bowling Club is saddened to hear of the passing of their long standing and respected past member Wallace Gillespie. Wallace was an avid gardener who was responsible for making the exterior of the club such an attractive sight to visitors and our own members. He was our pastoral and well-being support for many years ensuring the sick and elderly members were often checked in on and attended to at home, hospital or on the phone. A pleasant, courteous, devoted Christian.
He will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with his wife Isabel and family.
