Dennis COULTER
Dennis Coulter 13th January 2024 suddenly in his 77th year, late of Ontario, Canada and formerly of Banbridge, Northern Ireland.
Dennis, loving father of Jim (Jenni), Peter (Sara) and John (Mandie); cherished “Poppa” to Riley, Cadence, Keira, Mallory, Jack, Audrey and Claire; much loved partner of Susan Drayson; fondly remembered by Margaret Coulter (nee Armstrong) and several nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada, Northern Ireland and Australia; predeceased by parents Robert Joseph (1985), Florence Violet (1997), siblings Thomas (1986), Debbie (2013) and David (2023).
Dennis was born in Banbridge, Northern Ireland and attended Belfast College of Technology to learn about the Irish textile industry. At the young age of 19, Dennis immigrated to Canada to work for the Hudson’s Bay Company in Longlac, Ontario, eventually settling in Guelph to start a family. After moving to Grand Island, New York and then Simcoe, Ontario, his career in manufacturing led him to Delhi Industries, where he spent 25 years until he retired. One of Dennis’ greatest loves was his hobby farm near Lynedoch, Ontario. He also enjoyed watching his grandkids play soccer.
A private family interment will be held at a later date.
