The family of the late James McKeown of 50 Skerry East wish to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all our kind relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who helped and supported us following our sad loss.

Many thanks to all who called at the family home, provided food, sent mass and sympathy cards, sent flowers, travelled a distance to be with us and attended the wake and funeral, it was much appreciated.

We are deeply grateful to daddy’s carers over the last couple of years for your dedication, care and support were truly appreciated by daddy and all the family. A big thanks to the district nurses for their care and dedication in ensuring daddy was comfortable in the last few weeks of his life.
May your kind hearts and gentle hands be blessed.

We would like to thanks Fr Strain for the lovely service that was a fitting celebration of James’s life and to the choir for the beautiful singing and music and to Joe Cunning Funeral Directors who carried out all the arrangements with care and compassion.

Rest in peace daddy, knowing that your legacy will endure, not just in wood and stone, but in the hearts of those who were touched by your presence and who loved you.

James’s Month Mind Mass will be on Saturday 1st March at 7pm at Mary Queen of Peace Church Glenravel.
