The family of the late Jean Thompson wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement.
To family, friends and kind neighbours who called at Valerie and Ivan's home during the wake, brought gifts of food, sent sympathy cards, letters, text messages and responded through social media, your care and compassion was so much appreciated. Thanks also to those who sent donations in lieu of flowers to Dementia NI.
Thanks to Rev David McComb for his pastoral support to Mum and to us as a family, for his guidance, prayers and for the tribute to Mum at the funeral service, we are forever grateful.
A very special word of thanks to Mr Danny Dougan and staff of Hamilton Court Care Home for the love, care and compassion shown to Mum during her time with them. Also thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Markethill Health Centre.
Sincere thanks to K G Cheevers and Son, Funeral Directors for the professional and caring manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
