Jim Keenan late of 51 Cooley Road Beragh
We the nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews wish to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.
Sincere thanks to Msgr. Colm Curry, Lissan, who celebrated Jim’s Requiem Mass and burial. A special word of thanks to Fr. Sean Mc Cartan P.P. Beragh who administered ‘The Last Rites’ and for his spiritual support to Jim over the last number of years. Thanks also to Noleen Broderick for her beautiful singing, the Sacristans Elizabeth and Paddy, and the grave digger Brendan Mc Kenna.
Thank you to all who attended the wake, funeral Mass and burial, those who brought or donated gifts, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, floral tributes and messages via social media.
Sincere thanks to Sinead Bradley and the carers who attended Jim with such diligence and kindness, also the Doctors Nurses and staff at Carrickmore Health centre, Paul Tallon and staff of Sixmilecross pharmacy, the district nursing team Beragh and Dr Kieran Deeney Urgent Care.
Many thanks to Jack, Niall, Bridget and the staff of Heaney’s for providing Jim’s dinners each day. We are forever grateful to Mary, Felix, Peter and Louise Campbell and their families, John and Helen McCann and Greg. Mc Sorley for their continued help and support, also thanks to John McCann and Barry Mulligan for providing car parking facilities and assisting with parking.
Thanks to all the people who visited Jim over the years.
Finally, thanks to Donaghy & Montague Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified management of the entire funeral arrangements.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.
Jim’s months mind Mass will be celebrated in The Church of the Immaculate Conception Beragh on Thursday 20th February 2025 at 7.30pm. May he rest in peace.
