The death has occurred of:
Jim MURPHY
MURPHY, 13th February 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, after a short illness, JIM (late of 10 Slievemore Park and formerly of Lecky Road), beloved son of the late Elizabeth and Michael, loving brother of Maureen, Kathleen, Tommy, Anne, John and the late Michael, Joe and Rosaleen, dear brother-in-law to Charlie, Hugo, Richard, Mary, Joan, Sadie, Patricia and the late Sammy and a devoted uncle and grand-uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle.
Jim will be reposing at his brother John’s home, 45 Lindenwood Park, Foyle Springs on Friday 14th February from 1:00pm to 10:00pm.
Funeral leaving there on Saturday 15th February at 9:20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
