Acknowledgement - Joseph Reid, Fintona, Co Tyrone. Died on 23rd December 2024.

On behalf of Joseph’s wife Bridget and the Reid family of Moneygar Road, Trillick, we would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the following people:

Rev. Fr Sean Mulligan who visited Dad during his illness and who was a great comfort to him and the family during his illness, for attending him at short notice before he passed away on the 23rd December ensuring he got the last rites/blessings and for the beautiful Mass and homily at the funeral, this was greatly appreciated.

McAtee Funeral Directors who organised the funeral arrangements in such a dignified and professional manner and Louise Coyle for the beautiful music at the Mass.

The catering staff at St Patrick’s Hall, Fintona, who provided refreshments after the funeral, gravediggers, friends, neighbours and family who helped with traffic and transport of people to and from the wake, the staff of Supervalu Fintona, friends and neighbours for their generosity.

Dromore District Nursing Team, Foyle Hospice Palliative Care Team and Marie Curie Nurses for their attendance to Dad and advice during his care at home. Chemists and Medical Team, Fintona.

Thank you to everyone who sent Mass or sympathy cards and to all who helped in any way.

The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered in thanksgiving for you all.

Dad’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 25th January 2025 at 6pm in St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona. Our Lady pray for him.
