Jude O’Brien and the entire family circle of Kathleen O’Brien (R.I.P) wish to express our sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.
To all those who called at the house, sent mass and sympathy cards, brought food and flowers and attended the funeral please accept our sincere thanks. A special thanks to all those who
travelled a long distance for the funeral.
Our grateful thanks to the many people who cared for Kathleen with great compassion during her illness – especially the doctors at Aberfoyle Medical Practice, the nursing staff and carers at Edenballymore Lodge, the staff from Glen Caring Agency and also those who helped in a private capacity.
A special word of thanks to our parish priest, Fr. Joe Gormley, for his pastoral and spiritual support to Kathleen during her illness and for his celebration of the funeral mass with a loving tribute to Kathleen’s life. A special thanks also to Erin and Isobel for the beautiful music and singing at the funeral mass.
Grateful thanks to W.J. O’Brien & Son Funeral Directors who carried out the funeral arrangements with dignity and professionalism.
Kathleen’s month’s mind mass will be celebrated on Sunday 2nd June at 11am at the Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty.
