The family of the late Liam Cousins would like to express our most sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who supported us at our most difficult time.
Our heartfelt thanks to all those who called to our home, sent mass cards, flowers, sympathy cards, brought food and helped Liams family. We would like to thank our neighbours, Mourne First Responders, emergency services and Father Des Money who attended our home. In the days that followed our sincere gratitude to Monsignor Conolly for his support and the comforting celebration of Liam's requiem mass which was a wonderful tribute to Liam, also the beautiful music by Catherine and Mary McGrath, Sorcha Turnbull, Fra Sands and Helen Hutchinson. A special thanks to the priests of the parish who called to our home to offer support and prayers. We would also like to take the opportunity to acknowledge the teachers, staff and students and entire school community of St. Louis Kilkeel, An Riocht GAC committee and members, The Well, the parents group of Killowen Primary school, the students and faculty of Killowen Primary school, Autism support Kilkeel, Nicholas and Paul Doran funeral directors for their thoughtful and dignified way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements, finally our thanks to the Kilmorey Arms Hotel for the refreshments following the funeral service
Thanks to all those who donated to Mourne first responders and PIPS. Our hearts will forever hurt for our loss, yet we do feel the support, love, and prayers for our family at this time. It would be impossible to thank everyone individually so please take this as a thank you to all.
The months mind mass for Liam will be celebrated on Friday 7th March at 7pm in Scared Heart Church Killowen.
