The family of the late Mark McMorrow would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised and supported us following the recent death of our beloved father and husband Mark. We thank everyone who sent mass and sympathy cards or letters, and also to those who sent online messages of condolences. Your words of kindness will not be forgotten.
Our sincere gratitude goes to the emergency medical staff who attended to Mark on the morning of the 22nd of December 2024.
Special thanks to Fr Kingsley Idoghor who celebrated the Requiem Mass, to those who participated with readings and especially the Hanna sisters for their beautiful music. Thanks to all who attended the mass at St Peter’s Chapel. The guard of honour tributes by school staff, Tannaghmore P.S. pupils and the Sean Treacy’s hurling club were recognised and very much appreciated by the whole family circle.
Our heartfelt thanks to McAlinden and Murtagh for the professional and caring handling of the funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Mark’s month's mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 19th January 2025 12.00pm at St Peter’s Church, Lurgan.
