The death has occurred of:
Mary (Moya) O'HAGAN (née Doherty (L))
Acknowledgement and Month’s Mind Mass
Moya O’Hagan
The family of Moya O Hagan (née Doherty) wishes to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to all who sympathized with them on the sad loss of a truly special mother, granny and mother-in-law.
We offer our sincere thanks to all our many relatives, friends and Moya’s wonderful neighbours, who called to express their condolences or sent flowers, letters, mass cards and refreshments and attended the funeral.
We were overwhelmed by the large numbers of people who came to pay their respects, and this has been a tremendous source of comfort for us as a family.
We would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Oakleaf Medical Practice and the staff at Clear Pharmacy for the excellent care that they provided for Moya. We also wish to extend our thanks to the carers who assisted us in the care of Moya over the past two years. We will be forever grateful for their kindness & support.
We would especially like to thank Rev Fr Joseph Gormley for his spiritual assistance to Moya in her final days and for the beautiful funeral mass which he concelebrated along with Rev Fr John Forbes.
Thank you also to Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors for the caring and dignified way in which Moya’s funeral arrangements were carried out and to the Gribbin Girls and Moya’s grandson Aodhan for the beautiful singing at her funeral.
We trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere and heartfelt appreciation, and a mass will be offered for all your intentions.
Moya’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Thursday 13th March at 7.15pm in Holy Family Church, Derry.
Thank you. Please keep her in your prayers.
