We the family of Nancy Quinn wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all of those who sympathised with us on the loss of our Mum on 21st February 2025.
We would like to thank those who attended Mum’s wake, reception mass and funeral, those who brought food, mass cards and floral tributes, took part in the funeral mass, called and sent messages and those who helped in any way at Mum’s wake, as well as those who prepared Mum’s home for the wake. We greatly appreciate everyone’s kindness.
A special word of thanks to Fr Tremer for attending to Mum and for celebrating the Reception and Requiem masses. Thank you for your words of comfort and prayers. We truly appreciate your kindness and compassion.
Sincere thank you to Conan, Liam and Pat at Lavery’s Funeral Directors for the dignified and caring way they guided and looked after the funeral arrangements.
Thank you also to the Sacristan Damien and to Gerard and Finn for preparing Mum’s final resting place.
Many thanks to all the medical and nursing staff involved in Mum’s care especially Dr Alastair Brown, Dr Pauline Brown and all the staff at The Oaks Family Practice, the staff at Cove Manor Nursing Home and to the Carer’s who attended to Mum at home. Thank you all so much for your dutiful attention and care of Mum.
Thank you to Emmett and Roisin for the beautiful music and hymns, Colin and Moortown Community Hall and thank you to Kelly Anne and staff at The Kitch’n Catering for the lovely food they provided after Mum’s Funeral.
Nancy’s Months Mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday 29th March at 6pm in The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Moortown and will be available to view via the church webcam.
