The death has occurred of:
Maurice BLACK
Wife Clairine, Daughter Laura and the Family Circle of the late Maurice Black, 271a Orritor Road, Cookstown sincerely appreciate the tremendous support from everyone during a really difficult time.
Words cannot express how grateful we are for all our friends, neighbours and those at Bell's pit for their support. Also the kindness of those who called at the home, brought gifts of food, sent cards, many messages of sympathy, telephoned, attended the wake and funeral or helped in any way.
A special word of thanks to Rev James Porter for his funeral service and visitations at the home and hospital. We wanted to take time to thank Orritor Church, the organist, Mrs Mae Crooks, also Patrick Slevin and Margaret Ann Conlan for the beautiful music and the singing of our special songs. Thanks to Kildress Parish Church for opening the Church to allow us to shake hands with all those wishing to pass on their condolences to us and for the beautiful tea served by the catering ladies. Thanks also to Gerard's Flowers for the beautiful floral tribute.
Grateful thanks to Antrim Hospital - A & E, Ward A1, AMU and the Macmillan Unit for all their help, to Dr Johnston, Dr Abbas and all at Cookstown Health Centre and Gordon's Chemist for all their help and support.
Finally, sincere thanks to Helen, Kristy and Staff of D. Watters Funeral Services for their genuine warmth, compassion, support and guidance and the dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
As it is impossible for us to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our Family's sincere appreciation.
"FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS"
