The death has occurred of:
Oliver MULHOLLAND
Kay, and the family of the late Oliver Mulholland, wish to express their sincere thanks and deep appreciation to everyone who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement. We will forever remember the kindness shown to us at this difficult time.
We would like to thank family, friends, neighbours for their love and support, everyone who messaged, telephoned, visited the wake, sent mass/sympathy cards, sent flowers, attended the funeral and viewed the service online. We especially wish to convey our gratitude to those who travelled long distances to be with us.
A special word of thanks to Fr Micheal McGavigan for celebrating the Requiem Mass, and to Fr Sean O’Donnell for visiting Oliver in his final hours and offering his prayers and support. Thanks also to Anne Marie Hickey for the beautiful singing and music, and the grave diggers who prepared the grave.
We would like to thank all the healthcare professionals, especially the staff of Edenballymore Lodge Nursing Home who cared for Oliver throughout his illness. Thanks also to those who made donations to Dementia NI in Oliver’s memory.
Sincere thanks to Kieran and Noeleen of WJ O Brien & Son Funeral Services, for their empathy and professionalism displayed. Their support, care and compassion was a great comfort to us. Many thanks to the Ebrington Hotel for providing such beautiful food after the funeral.
As it would be impossible to thanks everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
Oliver’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn, on Saturday 22nd February at 6 pm.
