Rachel (Rita) CROOKS
The family of the late Rachel (Rita) Crooks would like to thank most sincerely all the family, friends and neighbours for the sympathy, kindness and support shown to us following Rita’s recent passing.
We would especially like to thank the Doctors and Nurses of The Oaks Medical Practice, all the N.I. Ambulance Service Crews who attended to Rita over the last few months and the staff of Wards C3 and C4 Antrim Area Hospital for their excellent care and dedication.
Many thanks to all who took the time to call at the home, brought food or gifts, sent cards or messages of condolence, gave donations in lieu of flowers to Air Ambulance N.I., attended the funeral or helped in any way.
A very special thanks to Rev Marcus Lecky for conducting the lovely funeral service in Rita’s home and at the graveside in Donaghey.
Thanks to Bryan, Carole and the staff from Steenson Funeral Services for the dignified way in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
