McCREA, Rodney — 16th January 2025. Died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, just as he wished.

Beloved husband of Allison. Devoted Dad to Benjamin, Caitlyn, and David, and proud Papa to Luke. Cherished brother to Steven and Ken. Much-loved father-in-law to Jennie and Aaron. A loving and dependable son-in-law to Anne. Rodney will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by the entire family circle.

A service celebrating Rodney’s life will take place at Seymour Street Methodist Church on Monday 27th January at 7:00 pm following a private cremation. No black ties, Rodney wished for lots of colour.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rodney’s memory, if desired, can be made online via www.ronniethompson.co.uk or by cheque payable to Ronnie Thompson Donations Account, 20 Ballinderry Road, Lisburn, BT28 1UF. Proceeds will support The Brain Tumour Charity and Kintsugi Hope.

Family and close friends are welcome at his home, 4 Tynedale Crescent, Lisburn, from 2:00 pm daily between Saturday, 18th January and Friday 24th January.
