Seamus MOHAN
We the family of the late Seamus would like to express our grateful thanks and appreciation to all who supported and sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. Our thanks to everyone who attended the wake, funeral and burial, brought food, sent Mass/ Sympathy cards and made donations.
A very special thanks to our wonderful friends and neighbours who worked tirelessly throughout the wake, providing food and tea, arranging car parking and mini bus service to and from the wake house and to all the behind the scenes helpers.
Thanks to all the carers in the community who cared for Seamus in his home and the district nurses. To the staff of SWAH especially Ward 8 and to the Palliative Care Team for their compassionate care in his final days. Thanks to Gortacharn Nursing
home for their care and kindness during his 3 weeks there.
Our sincerest thanks to the specialist team of doctors, nurses, social workers and all the staff in the Renal Unit, Omagh for their care and support over the past five years. Thanks to the helpful taxi drivers who brought Seamus to dialysis weekly. We thank Fr Gallagher and Canon Dawson for their pastoral care and many visits to Seamus over the past few years. Special thanks to Fr Gallagher for his support and guidance during the wake and celebrating his requiem Mass and lovely homily.
Thanks to Karen McElroy for her beautiful singing. Our grateful thanks to Paul Mohan, the undertaker for his support, caring and professional manner in which he carried out the funeral; and to the gravedigger for preparing Seamus’ final resting place. Thanks to Rusk’s Fivemiletown for their hospitality when providing refreshments after the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our deepest gratitude for your kindness and support. Seamus will forever hold a special place in our hearts and will be greatly missed.
