Teresa SAVAGE
We, the family of the late Teresa Savage, husband Eugene, daughters Bernadette, Catherine, Teresa, Maureen Colette and entire family circle, wish to share our deep appreciation to all those who sympathised with and supported us during the recent bereavement of our loving Teresa.
The family wish to thank the doctors, nurses and health care workers in the Montalto Medical Centre, Ballynahinch; The Northern Ireland Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital; King’s College Hospital, London; and the Marie Curie Hospice who cared for Teresa so exceptionally well during her period of illness. The family also wish to acknowledge the support from the chaplains at the NI Cancer Centre.
Sincere thanks to Fr. Brian Brown for his spiritual guidance, comforting words and his support. Thank you to Fr. Michael Murray for concelebrating at the Requiem Mass and to Deacon Sean who assisted.
The family wish to express their sincere gratitude to Gerard McMullan and his colleagues at G R McMullan Funeral Directors, for their sensitive and professional support in carrying out the funeral arrangements.
Thank you to Holly McKay for the music, French’s Cafe & Bistro for the catering and the grave diggers for their services.
As it is impossible to list individually all of those, including extended family, friends, parishioners, colleagues and members of the wider community, who sympathised with the family, sent Mass Cards, sympathy cards, letters and messages of condolences, attended the funeral and helped to support the family in so many ways, please accept this acknowledgement of the family’s heartfelt thanks for your kindness, sympathy and support.
Thank you too to all those who kindly donated to Marie Curie in Teresa’s memory. The family is truly touched by the overwhelming tenderness and generosity shown to them at this difficult time.
Teresa’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 16 February 2025 at 11.00am mass in St Patrick’s Church, Ballynahinch.
Teresa will always be in our hearts
