In loving memory of a dear Father, Husband, Granda, Father-in-law, Brother, Brother-in-law, and Friend who passed away on 13th March 2025.

Loved and missed every day by the entire family circle.

We wish to express our deepest thank and gratitude to all those who have supported us during this very difficult time following the loss of our beloved Tony McElduff.

Thank you to all those who attended Tony's wake and funeral service, and to all those who sent both mass and sympathy cards. Thank you to all of those who helped at the wake and all of those who brought food and gifts. Thank you to all of those who helped with the provision of parking, the lights and those who helped with traffic control.

We would especially like to thank all the Doctors and Nurses of Ward 50 Alnagelvin Hospital. Dr’s Martin and Joe Kelly, Dr Corey and Dr Devlin of Carrickmore Health centre, the staff both Tallon’s Pharmacy Sixmilecross and Harte’s Pharmacy Carrickmore.

Gratitude and thanks to the Foyle Hospice palliative care Nurses Bronny and Naomi who were a great source of support to Tony and all his family.

Thanks also to Termonmaguirc Cancer Comfort Fund, notably Joey Kelly for his continued support multiple visits with Tony during his sickness.

A special note of thanks to Marie Curie, all the Marie Curie Nurses and Care Assistants, and all the Fintona and Beragh District Nurses who all showed such kindness, compassion and dignity while caring for Tony.

We extent our deepest thanks to Fr Peter Mc Anenly for celebrating Tonys beautiful requiem mass and for providing spiritual support that brought peace and comfort to both Tony and Tony's Family.

Thanks also to St Teresas Primary School Loughmacrory for the beautiful music. Thanks also to the sacristans, the eucharistic ministers and altar servers.

A sincere word of thanks to Fox and Mc Callan funeral directors for their understanding and diligent care in arranging Tonys Wake and Funeral in the most dignified and professional manner. Also a special word of thanks to Brendan McKenna for his care and professionalism in the preparation of Tonys final resting place.

Thanks to all the staff of the Old Charm Inn Carrickmore for the welcome refreshments after the burial and the Community Hall Loughmacrory for the use of the facilities.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Tony's Months Mind Mass will be held in St Marys Chapel Loughmacrory on Saturday 12th April at 12 noon.
