I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who called to see dad during his short illness. I know he loved the Craic with everyone. I also want to thank the district nurses who were there everyday and with their help we were able to keep dad at his own house were he wanted to be. The Macmillan nurses and the Marie curie who made things a lot easier by just giving us support and answering any questions we asked. I would like to thank the Rev Rodney Maginnis for calling to see dad nearly every day and for his kind words and support that he gave with every visit. I would just like to thank home for the lovely service he did at my home and also at the grave side. I want to thank people who called at the house sent cards and flowers they were all appreciated thank you. Dad was a caring man and was loved by many. From his work colleagues to the men and women that he socialized with in Higgins to his family. Dad was one in a million and anyone who knew him loved him. If I had the chance to look after you again I would do it without a thought.
Rest in Peace DADDY xoxo
I love and miss you everyday. Rachel.
