We, the family of the late Adam Hegarty (Saval) Newry R.I.P., wish to thank all those who supported us during our recent tragic bereavement. To all our family, friends and neighbours who paid their respects at the wake, brought food, sent messages of support, attended the funeral or offered support in any way we truly appreciate it. To all those who helped make Adam’s funeral mass such a fitting tribute to his life we are forever grateful. In particular to Cannon Kearney and Deacon Hegarty for their comforting words at the funeral and for their support and guidance over the wake period. Special thanks to the players and officials from Armagh Rugby club for their kindness and ongoing support at this difficult time. We thank Adam’s teammates & friends for acting as pall bearers and guard of honour at Adam’s funeral. Thanks also to the school children for their guard of honour and to Saval GAA club for their support. To Adam’s friends who organised such a fitting tribute to Adam’s love of farming and tractors along the funeral route. To Adam’s work colleagues and many other friends including those from the gym, thank you for your support. To our valued neighbours, for managing the traffic and other logistics during the wake period
in such a professional and caring manner. Our sincere thanks to Charles Digney and Sons for their compassionate and professional handling of the funeral arrangements.
As a family we have taken great comfort in the kindness and generosity which you all have shown us. Particular thanks to Adam’s closest friends who never left our side.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.
ADAM’S MONTHS MIND MASS WILL BE CELEBRATED ON SATURDAY 10TH JANUARY AT 6PM IN ST. COLMAN’S CHURCH SHINN.
