Heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us on the death of a loving father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Thank you to the medical staff who attended to Albert. A special thank you to Revd William Anderson for his pastoral care throughout the wake and for conducting the funeral service, to Jill Clarke, the organist and to the members of Roughan Silver Band for playing both in the home and at the graveside.
Thank you to John & Kim McDowell and the staff of Edfield Catering for the efficient way they provided the funeral tea.
Sincere thanks to all the kind family, friends and neighbours who called at the home, brought gifts, gave donations in lieu of flowers, sent messages of sympathy, attended the funeral or helped in any other way.
Finally we want to thank F Martin & Sons for their support and the dignified manner in which the funeral was carried out.
