Service of Thanksgiving to be held at Milltown Baptist Church, Belfast on Friday 14th October at 1.00pm. Committal later to Ballycairn Presbyterian Churchyard.

Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if so desired, for Knockbracken Day Centre and Ringdufferin Care Home.
