Alice “Elsie” McPARLAND
McParland (Bessbrook) Alice (Elsie) RIP, passed away peacefully, 4th May 2024, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the dedicated staff of Southern Area Hospice.
Dearly beloved wife of Liam, treasured mammy to Sinéad and Barry, caring mother in law to Shane and Lisa and very special Granny to Eoin, Niall, Aoibh, Leah, Ronan and baby Anna RIP. Daughter of the late Davy and Peggy Dornan (Belfast), cherished sister of John, David, Eamon, Margaret, Kevin, Anne, Brenda, Ciaran, Dermot and the late infant Bee and baby Gerrard. Caring sister in law to Noreen, Oliver, Gary and Mairin.
Elsie’s remains will repose in Mallon’s Funeral Home, Mill Rd, Bessbrook BT35 7DT, on Monday 6th May from 12-2pm and 6-8pm for family and friends to pay their respects.
Funeral leaving at 10:30am Tuesday 7th May for 11am Requiem Mass in SS Peter and Paul’s Church, interment in adjoining cemetery.
Family home strictly private, family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to SAHS c/o the family.
Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family circle, friends and neighbours.
