The family of the late Wishie Mc Kenna wish to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
We thank the medical staff in Slane who cared for him over the last couple of years and to the palliative care team who enabled daddy to spend his final weeks at home with his family.
Our greatful appreciation to family members, friends and neighbours who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards, brought food, helped in the kitchen and who helped in anyway. Your help was greatly appericated.
Also a special thanks to Killeeshil GFC for the use of their equipment during the wake and also to KC Marquees.
Thank you to Fr O'Dwyer for the way he carried out daddy's funeral mass, accompanied by the beautiful singing from Ciara Fox.
Many thanks to Paudge Quinn for his compassionate and professional help in preparing for daddy's wake and funeral. For granting our request in bringing daddy from Slane to his resting place in Tyrone. Thank you to Quinns corner for providing the lovely food after the funeral.
