Andrea CROOKS
The family of the late Andrea Crooks, 17 Old Rectory Park, Cookstown, wish to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all those who offered support and kindness during their recent bereavement.
We would like to thank everyone who sent cards, messages of sympathy, called at the family home, telephoned or attended the funeral. We would also like to thank everyone who brought food and helped out during the wake and kindly donated towards Cookstown Adult Centre.
We would also like to say thank you to all the staff at Macmillan Unit Antrim, the doctors and district nurses at Oaks Family Practice for all the care provided.
Thank you to Canon Porteus for a beautiful funeral service, Jennifer and staff from Sweetpea’s Café for catering after the funeral. To all the staff at Cookstown Adult Centre, family, friends and work colleagues for their kindness, care and support during Andrea’s illness we thank you all sincerely.
We would also like to say thank you to Bryan, Carole and staff at Steenson Funeral Directors, Cookstown for their professionalism and dignified manner whilst helping us with Andrea’s funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
