The family of the late Angela Downey (nee Haughian) wishes to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all those who extended their sympathy and support following their recent loss. We are deeply touched by the generosity of all who visited the funeral home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, offered messages of comfort, or provided assistance in any form.
We would like to extend our thanks to Father Kingsley Idoghor for his spiritual guidance and for celebrating her Requiem Mass. Our thanks also go to Niamh Murray for her exceptional musical contributions.
A special word of thanks goes to the doctors and nurses at Craigavon Area Hospital and to ALL the staff at Laganvale Care Home in Moira for their outstanding care and compassion shown to Angela. Your kindness has been of great comfort to us during this difficult time.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to McAlinden & Murtagh, Funeral Director’s for their compassion, guidance, and professionalism during what has been an extremely difficult time.

Angela’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Sunday, 18th October 2026 at 11.00 am in St Patrick’s Church, Derrymacash.
