Acknowledgement / Months Mind Mass
The family of the late Angela McConway would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during her bereavement. Thanks to those who attended her wake and funeral, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, floral tributes and donated to Marie Curie. We are grateful to Monsignor McCanny for his spiritual support to Angela in her final weeks, to Fr O’Hagan for the celebration of Requiem Mass and to Lisa and Gregory for the beautiful music during the Mass.
We would like to extend a special word of thanks to the City Hospital in Belfast, Dr Ross of Scroggy Rd Health Centre, Marie Curie Palliative Care team, Foyle Hospice nurses, district nurses and carers for their care and compassion they showed to Angela and us as a family. Many thanks to the ladies for the lovely tea after the funeral and to the sacristan and altar server at St Aidan’s and to the grave digger who prepared her final resting place. Many thanks to Noeleen and Kieran O’Brien for the dignified way they carried out her funeral arrangements.
Angela’s Months Mind Mass will be on Saturday 25th April at 7.30 pm at St Aidan’s Chapel, Magilligan. All welcome.
