The death has occurred of:
Anne DIXON (née Sholes)
5th May 2026, passed away peacefully at Foyle Hospice, surrounded by her loving family, beloved wife of the late Connie, devoted mother of Mary, Frankie, Colin, James, Jude, Anne-Marie and Roisin, a much loved mother-in-law and a cherished and proud grandmother and great-grandmother to all her grandchildren, including her granddaughter Connie/Siren.
Anne is reunited in peace with her beloved husband Connie, her son Martin and her grandchildren Shane, Hughie, Jim, and Christina, who preceded her in death.
Anne will be reposing in her home 153 Ardmore Road, BT47 3TD on Wednesday from 3 – 9 pm and Thursday from 12 – 9pm. Funeral from there on Friday at 10.30 am for 11 o’clock Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Ardmore. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
The family requests family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, may be made to the Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, BT48 8JE.
