Anne MULDOON
We, the family of the late Anne Muldoon wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who offered their condolences, prayers, and support during our recent bereavement.
Thanks to everyone who called to the house, attended the wake, brought and sent mass cards, telephoned, left gifts, made donations in lieu of flowers and attended the funeral. We are so grateful to our relatives, friends, neighbours, and local businesses who helped and provided food during the wake. Also, thanks to Ardboe O’Donovan Rossa GAC for alltheir help with car parking during the wake.
To those who cared for Anne throughout her short illness, the staff at Craigavon Hospital and Ward 4D in RVH. Also, to those who cared for Anne at home in particular Dr Orla Fitzsimmons and the team at Stewartstown health centre, the District Nursing team and Marie Curie nurses, we offer our heartfelt thanks.
We wish to sincerely thank Fr McGuigan for his caring and compassionate Requiem Mass and Fr Tremer for his spiritual support and guidance during Anne’s illness. Thank you to the Sacristan and the Eucharistic Ministers and to Margaret Anne Conlon and Paddy Slevin for the beautiful music which enriched the Mass.
Special thanks to Colleen of Niall A. Loughran for the dignified and sensitive manner in which the funeral was conducted and Sean Rafferty for preparing Anne’s final resting place. We are also grateful to Michael McElhatton and the staff at the Greenvale hotel for providing food and refreshments after the funeral mass.
We are overwhelmed by the support and kindness we have received. It would be impossible to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere and heartfelt appreciation.
Anne’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 13th May at 7.30pm in the Church of the Blessed Sacrament Ardboe.
