The family of the late Arthur Mawhinney, Ladyhill, wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement.
Thank you to everyone who sent messages/texts, cards, phone calls, visited the house, brought food, attended the funeral or gave donations to the MacMillan unit.
Thank you to the district nurses who provided care for Arthur and to the staff in AMU 1 and the MacMillan unit at Antrim Hospital in his final weeks.
Thank you to Rev. Stephen Lockington and Rev. Ian McNie for their pastoral visits and for conducting the funeral service. To Maggie Thompson for providing the lovely music and all the church members who served the refreshments.
Finally thank you to Bairds for the professional and caring manner they carried out the funeral arrangements
