A letter of acknowledgement and appreciation from the family of the late William Bernard (Barney) Devine of Moneynick Road, Randalstown .
The family of the late Barney Devine R.I.P. wish to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported us in our recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful to our relatives and friends who called at the wake, sent Mass and sympathy cards, posted online tributes and attended the funeral.
A Special thanks to Father James O'Reilly for his spiritual support, guidance, pastoral care and for celebrating Barney's Requiem Mass, enhanced by the beautiful music of Clodagh McGurk and granddaughter Fiona Gillen.
To the Doctors and staff at Toome Health Centre, the nurses and staff at Antrim Area Hospital for the care and attention shown to Barney throughout his final weeks. We as a family, are forever grateful.
Sincere thanks to Marrion’s Funeral Directors for their professionalism, compassion and respectful handling of all the funeral arrangements. Thanks also to The O'Neill Country House Hotel, Toomebridge for hosting the refreshments after Barney’s funeral.
Barney's Month’s Mind Mass will be held on Saturday 2nd May at 6.00pm in Our Lady of Lourdes, Church, Moneyglass.
