The family of the late Bernie Byrne wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful to relatives, friends and neighbours who called to our home, sent Mass and Sympathy cards, letters of condolence, flowers and donations. We are mindful that many travelled long distances to express their sympathies in person.

Heartfelt thanks to Canon Emerson PP, Fr. Kearney and Fr. Gallagher, who officiated at the Funeral Mass. Sincerest thanks to Fr. Jan and Fr. Universal, who were so attentive to Bernie’s spiritual needs while in hospital. A particular word of thanks to all staff in Wards C1 and C5 in Antrim Area Hospital who cared so compassionately for Mammy during her recent illness. To Randalstown Medical Practice and Randalstown Pharmacy for all their medical care and help over the years.

Our thanks to P. Marrion Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral. To the Gribben Girls, whose beautiful music contributed so much to the Liturgy. To those who helped manage traffic and parking facilities ensuring the safety of all, this was much appreciated.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of sincere gratitude.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. Mammy’s Month Mind will be celebrated on Saturday 24th September at 5.30pm in St. Joseph’s Church, 56, Greystone Road, Antrim. BT41 1JZ.
