Acknowledgment

We, the family of the late Billy Patton, 7 De-Moleyn Park, would like to thank everyone who offered condolences, attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards and messages of support.

We would like to thank the staff of Ward 3, Waterside hospital and also the district nurses and carers who attended Billy at home, the Foyle hospice community care team, Marie Curie and Father Paul Farren of St Eugene’s Cathedral.

A special word of thanks to Father Mongan, St Columba’s Church, Longtower, for the most beautiful Requiem Mass and to Sinead Burnside for providing the wonderful music.

Finally, a sincere and heartfelt thank you to Kieran at WJ O’Brien & Son funeral directors, Eglinton for the care, compassion and support shown to our family at a very difficult time. We are truly grateful.

Although it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of the family’s deep appreciation.

Billy’s Months Mind mass will be celebrated in St Eugene’s Cathedral on Saturday 13th December at 7.30pm. Everyone welcome.
