Blanche Gallagher (née Finlay)
The family of the late Blanche Gallagher wish to express their sincere thanks to all those
who sympathised with them in their recent sad loss.
Thanks to everyone who called at the wake, brought cards, sent letters,
made donations in lieu of flowers, the local businesses who sent food
and to all attended the funeral.
Your kindness and support have been a great comfort to us and will never be forgotten.
A special word of thanks to Dr Zahid Bahli, nurses and all medical staff of Altnagelvin Hospital,
Dr Rush and staff of Mourneside Medical Centre, the local District Nursing Team
and to Foyle Hospice for their unwavering care and compassion throughout mums illness.
Their dedication and kindness provided great comfort during an exceptionally difficult time.
Thank you to Jenny Stewart, Jamie Donnelly and Arco String Quartet
for the beautiful music at mum`s Requiem Mass.
Thank you to Michael Kelly and staff of MK’s
for the refreshments after the funeral.
Sincere thanks to Fr Boland and Fr Mc Gaughey for their comforting words during the wake and funeral,
and to Jude and the staff of Quigley’s Funeral Home
for their professional and compassionate support during this sad time.
We would like to give a special thanks to our family circle and close friends
for their overwhelming love and kindness during mum’s illness and for their help and support
shown in so many ways at the wake and funeral.
We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude.
Mum’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated in the
Sacred Heart Church, Derry Road on Sunday 19th April at 12.15pm.
May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed
through the mercy of God rest in eternal peace.
