Trainor - 22 August 2018 (peacefully) at his home, 11 Windsor Avenue, Belfast, BT9 6EE, Brian (Bernard), Dearly loved husband of Pilar, loving father of Rosana, Pancho and Katrina, dear father-in-law to John, Geni & Richard and very proud grandpa of Santi, Milo, Jacob, Beni and Sami.

Removal from his home on Monday 27 August at 5.30pm to St Brigid's Church, 40 Derryvolgie Avenue, Belfast.
(Family and friends welcome at the house from 11.00am).

Requiem Mass will take place in St Brigid's on Tuesday at 11.00am followed by light refreshments at the Wellington Park Hotel, Malone Road, Belfast.
The burial will take place in Coleraine Cemetery, Portush Road, Coleraine at 3.00pm (approximately).

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to Friends of the Cancer Centre or N.I. Hospice c/o Mrs Mona Murdock, 31 Bushmills Road, Coleraine.

Lovingly remembered by his entire family circle.

Dearest Trainor family and friends: It was my honor and delight to have met Dr. Trainor in 1990 and 1991 when I visited Belfast from the U.S., with my father, then with my brother. We were researching my father’s family that had lived in the Derriaghy area outside Belfast. Dr Trainor drove my brother and me all over the area on a wild hunt in a heavy rain storm for the family homes, and it was one of the most delightful memories of my life. My brother and I still enjoy the memory. Dr Trainor and I continued to correspond from time to time, and our family always thought of him with great affection and admiration. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. Sending our most sincere condolences. Your entire family is in our heart and our prayers.
