Brian MOLLOY
The family of the late Brian Molloy who passed away on 28th January would like to sincerely thank everyone for their support during the care, the wake and the funeral of their beloved father and grandfather.
We offer our heart felt thanks to everyone who called to the house and attended the funeral to pay their respect, to those who sent messages, cards, sent flowers, brought food and helped with the endless cups of tea, your help and support are greatly appreciated.
A special word of thanks to all the amazing staff and nurses at the North West Cancer Centre particularly Dr Hossam and his team. In the month before dads passing he spend some time in Ward 50 and we would like to thank everyone there for the compassion and kindness that they showed towards Brian during his stay. We can’t thank you enough for the great work that you do and really appreciated everything you did for dad and for us!
When dad came home from hospital we were blessed to have an amazing community nurse Margaret from Shantallow Health Centre who attend him daily. Thank you Margaret for the exceptional care and dedication you provided to Brian and us as a family during this difficult time. We are very grateful to you for your kindness! Thank you also to the amazing palliative care nurses from the Foyle Hospice and Marie Curie nurses who also attended dad and supported us as a family.
To O Brien Funeral Directors, Father Gerrard Mongan, Long Tower Parish and Pastor John Loughery, Cornerstone City Church thank you for the beautiful mass, lovely sentiments, pastoral support, prayers and send off for Brian. We would like to especially thank Adam and Jeanine for the beautiful music during the funeral mass.
Thank you to everyone who helped us honour Brian's life with such dignity and love. We are truly blessed to have the best family and friends and could not have gotten through this without all of you.
We will miss you forever Dad. You were a brilliant Dad and Granda and a great support to us all.

The family will be attending evening mass on Saturday 28th February at Longtower Chapel in remembrance of Brian and on his one month anniversary since passing.
