Cecil DUGAN
DUGAN Cecil - In loving memory of Cecil who passed away peacefully on 12th October 2026 in hospital. Beloved husband of Martha, father to Hugh and Gary, grandfather to Jordan, Natasha and Mia, and great-grandfather to Freddy and Maisie.
Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 21st October at 11.45am in Gilmore's Funeral Church, followed by the committal in Comber Cemetery.
No flowers by request please.
