We as a Family, Wife Teresa, Daughters, Carol-Ann, Jenny-lee, Lauren, And only Son Daniel, of the late Charles O’Doherty, wish to extend our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement.
A special thanks to Charle’s Son’s and Daughter in law Ciara, Andy and Gerard for all their help and support during Daddy's illness and to all his Grandchildren who he loved and cherished so much, he is so proud of you all, “WAGRANDA FOREVER”
We wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to all our family and friends who attended the wake, funeral, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, tributes and messages and to those who kindly donated to Foyle Hospice.
Thank you to everyone who helped out at the wake and brought food and refreshments, thank you for your generosity at our most difficult times.
We would like to thank everyone who attended the wake and paid respect and shared stories and great memories, especially Thanks to all of the friends from Cursillo who played beautiful music and prayers at the wake. Especially Patsy and Veronica McCallion and Paddy and Bernie McConnell who arranged all this but also arranged all music and songs at the funeral and the beautiful guard of honour for our Daddy, it was the most beautiful send off our Daddy received.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Fr Joe Gormley for celebrating the Requiem Mass, but also for all his love and support and comfort he gave throughout.
To Foyle Hospice, District nurses, Marie Curie, Quayside Medical Doctors and staff, Bradley & Mc Laughlin Funeral Directors for their dignified and professional manner throughout, and especially to Dr Eddie Devlin Quayside Medical, district nurse Aisling (Ash) and Marie Curie Nurse Anne, for their most dignified care, comfort and support went above and beyond.

Charle’s Month Mind Mass will be held on Thursday 10th August 2023 at 7.15pm at Holy Family Chapel, Ballymagroarty
